Reachability
Our couriers should always be reachable while on our behalf. This means that they always have their cell phone on and are ready to take calls and messages. This is the only way to ensure a first-class service for our customers.
Punctuality
Punctuality of our couriers is a basic requirement. At EAS International we set ourselves a high standard of service and demand the same from our couriers. Punctuality especially before departure, pick-up and delivery is the core competence we require from our couriers. Delays should be avoided at all costs and in case of unpunctuality, the EAS International team must be informed immediately.
Alcohol or Drugs
We at EAS International have a zero drugs policy. Our couriers must not be under the influence of alcohol or drugs throughout their assignment for EAS International.
Appearance
Our employees should maintain a neat appearance and be appropriately dressed at all times. This reflects our commitment to professionalism and customer focus.
Social Media
Our couriers are not allowed to post information about customers or customer shipments on social media platforms during or after their assignment. This protects our customers' privacy and builds trust in our services.
Work materials
A basic requirement for proper execution of the work order is the work material. Our couriers must always carry their work materials such as, passport, cell phone, ID card and credit card. Also, any additional materials such as bags, tape and documents (Visas...) to ensure a proper workflow.
Non-disclosure Agreement
EAS International and its employees are subject to the Data Protection Act. This also applies to our subcontractors and couriers. Our couriers, as well as any type of subcontractor, may not under any circumstances disclose customer or order data to third parties, unless they have explicit authorization or it is required by law.
